This bedtime story can be for children of all ages , but perhaps most aimed at 4-10 year olds who are troubled by bad dreams and nightmares.

It is a tale of Henry the Cat, who keeps waking up Mamma Cat with his bad dreams so she takes him along to Dream School. Combining hypnotherapy techniques and positive suggestions with story telling, this tale is fantastic at creating a safe place for them to relax into a deep sleep, and giving them tools to use against these frightening dreams. Ideally listened to at bedtime, this story utilises the relaxed state of the child to suggest beneficial messages about strength, confidence and control, and giving them calming tools that they can use in future. These stories also benefit from being used repeatedly, so that the positive messages are reinforced within the subconscious mind. Not for use while the parents/carers are driving!
